FULL SERVICE DESIGN
I approach any interior design project large or small with a 3 phase program. You choose which phase(s) you would like my help with, from full service to a la carte.
HOW IT WORKS
Our 3 Phase Program
PHASE
01
DESIGN
In this phase we kick off your project with one of our design packages or hourly consultations. Once we determine the needs of your space - I will prepare what is best suited to conceptualize and finalize your design. This may include creating dimensioned plans, electrical & lighting plans, 3D drawings, elevations, cabinetry design, and/or an overview of colour or finishes. The services for this phase are completely custom and is complete once the final revised design package is received.
PHASE
02
CONSTRUCTION
In this phase we start implementing our design by:
Recommending contractors and trades, and requesting quotes.
Implementing the design with contractors and trades.
Confirming finishes for construction, placing orders for finishes and furnishings. Overseeing the design during the construction phase to ensure your design is being executed as planned.

03
DECORATION
Finishing touches make all the difference. In this phase we bring your space to life with furnishings, accents, art and decor. Dwell Design Inc. will provide furnishing suggestions from custom furniture, rugs + art, to blinds and window treatments.

REQUEST A PROJECT
Request a Project by filling out a quick and custom design profile that will give me an understanding of the scope of your project and style. After receiving your request, I will follow up within 48 hours to schedule a virtual consultation.

VIRTUAL
CONSULTATION
This is our opportunity to get to know each other and to walk through your project together. It's a great time for you to ask questions and make sure the experience I offer is the right fit for you!
This is also our opportunity to discuss the most cost efficient design package for your needs and deposit required. Once your deposit has been collected - I will schedule your project to begin.
STEP
03
YOUR DESIGN PLAN
Pulling inspiration from your design profile and our consultation, I’ll begin creating your design concept. This may include sample boards, 2D or 3D plans and/or elevations (as required), and sourcing materials, furniture and finishes to present for your review. This is where all the fun begins and your vision for your space comes to life! After presentation of the concept to you, I will make final revisions and provide you with your design package.

04
IMPLEMENT YOUR DESIGN
With a custom plan in hand - it's time to execute your design. I will keep your project as efficient and as simple as possible. As every project is unique - I will cater my services to your needs. This may include providing simple shopping lists for you to follow on your own or may be as extensive as communicating with contractors for full scale construction or renovation.
